Salesforce CC to Shopify Plus migration for iconic British accessories brand.

Renowned for its production and creativity, accessories brand Anya Hindmarch engaged BAO with an ambitious project timeline in late 2020.

With a technology decision made and a move to Shopify Plus from the existing Salesforce platform planned, we began to unpack the complexity of the company’s bespoke and personalisation requirements.

In order to serve as well as evolve the digital offering we built a bespoke Shopify website alongside a custom private application that has a back-end GUI and allows Anya Hindmarch staff to configure product options for consumers on the front-end.

The new Shopify website, delivered in January 2021, offers “live” visualisation for these personalisation and bespoke products and was integrated into the brand’s existing visual engine to serve imagery on the fly.
